Our Powerhouse Gym features specialized training areas- the Fitness Zone, Extreme Zone, Sports Zone, and Recovery Zone - designed to support every style of training, from beginners to elite athletes. We also offer a private posing room for bodybuilders and competitors to perfect their craft.
